Always good. Try the Lau Lau! Their choice to serve skin-on chicken thigh meat in their BBQ gives it the authentic touch. If you're into low-fat, go home, Ohana ain't for you.

Don't recommend this place.
I ordered the "family" meal for my family and I. Food was okay but not impressive compared to other places.
Giving 1 star because food was lackluster but mainly because they couldn't even give us real plates to eat. They gave us the lids from plastics bowls to eat our food on. Not to mention tables weren't set up. Walked in ready to eat a nice meal with my family and ended up feeling like I worked there. -

I always order here and everything seems to be fine I just called about 20 minutes ago before they close at 9 o'clock to see if they'd be able to take my phone order on their policy it says that they don't take phone orders after 840 it was only 820 they did not want to take my order the owner was completely rude did not listen to anything that I said completely messed up my order and then gave me a complete and full attitude after I had let him know how my experience was at his restaurant

I'm still not sure what I just ate. It was supposed to be the "double cheeseburger". On top of that, I open it up and find this tomato. No respectable place would serve that. Or, they would have at least removed the a**hole from it.
In short, I did not want to come here from the reviews and their C health rating. I hope I don't get sick. First and last time. -

Rip OFF, small portions on their plates and obscenely charge you for a few extra shreds of cabbage.
Placed an order with Doordash however, they Ohana wanted to charge $1.00 extra (.50 cents per plate!) to add extra cabbage on two of their BBQ plates, when they barely put any cabbage on the plate to begin with. Doordash customer service called and I told them to just cancel my order.
We ordered a few BBQ Chicken plates from them about two weeks ago and they put about 10 small/tiny shredded pieces of cabbage under my BBQ Chicken order. That is why I wanted extra cabbage as it should be a bed of cabbage like their menu pictures show.
OHANA you just LOST a customer for life over 5 cents worth of cabbage, not going to pay for something that should already be included on the plate. I can get an entire head of cabbage for 99 cents.
We regularly visit Wiki Wiki Hawaiian BBQ in El Cerrito and they give much bigger portions with a decent amount of cabbage, plus they DON'T charge you if you ask them for extra cabbage.
We will not be returning or ordering from this establishment ever again. ALOHA!
